Release of Liability Agreement

This Release of Liability Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between The Social Spectrum (hereinafter "Company") and Member of The Social Spectrum (hereinafter "Participant").

The purpose of this Agreement is to release Company from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any injury sustained by Participant while participating in activities organized by Company.

Participant acknowledges and understands that participation in activities organized by Company may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in such activities.

Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Company, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any injury, loss, or damage that may be sustained by Participant while participating in activities organized by Company, including injuries caused by the negligence of Company.

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to Participant's involvement in activities organized by Company.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected and shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.

By registering as a Member, Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
